Dubai’s Off Plan market had a truly fantastic start to the year, seeing record breaking transactions, and year on year growth in the market. That wasn’t all, off plan led the way with the most transactions compared to secondary property sales. As the emirate continues to expand, new off plan project sales are dominating at 58%, with further exciting projects in the pipeline for 2024.
