2025 was a landmark year for Dubai and for the clients who place their trust in haus & haus. Our network grew to over 133,000 landlords and tenants, while the haus & haus Holidays team further cemented its position as a leading short term rental operator in the city.  

Together, this momentum laid the foundation for our next step: opening a second office in Business Bay, placing us closer to one of Dubai’s most active property markets.
